What is Innate Health?
Small children are both incredible and credible examples of the human capacity for resiliency and mental health. They are motivated and have an inbuilt common sense that guides them to learn the skills they need to survive and thrive.
This innate, but often overlooked capacity for high mental and emotional functioning is built into our psychological DNA. We are powered by a creative intelligence that guides the mind via thought to navigate the human experience with perspective and common sense.
As we mature, our highly sophisticated analytical minds can over-ride and obscure this innate ability, BUT it is always there underneath the noise, just as the sun is always behind the clouds, even in poor weather.
How can I learn online?
Our media library has an extensive archive of classes, seminars and conference talks. These are catogerised for easy access and are constantly updated.
In addition, we offer recordings of courses that have already taken place at the Centre; and you can now access them at your leisure in the comfort of your own home. Homework and additional materials are provided.
Live-stream and webinars
We have a weekly live-streamed class that you can enjoy, and will soon be offering live webinars, as well as podcasts and video interviews.
All online content is based on the Three Principles of Innate Health.

We understand that not everyone is able to come in person to our Centre, so we have tried to make it easy for you to have the same rich learning experience in the comfort of your own home.
Courses are comprised mainly of video footage with weekly support materials or homework.
Some courses have a time lock, forcing you to wait a week before watching the next session. This is because this approach is best digested through reflection and your own personal insight. We therefore have created time for you to take in the content of each week before moving onto the next week.
We highly encourage you to be in touch if you have any questions left unanswered by the end of the course.
We hope you enjoy the courses and keep a lookout, as we will be updating this page with new courses regularly.
