This 6 week ‘Inside Out Resilience Program’ is taught by Brian Rubenstein together with special guest speakers. It can be accessed in person or online via zoom.
It offers a new way of understanding how resiliency is a completely natural part of life. It is innate and part of our psychological DNA. The only barriers to experiencing it are misunderstandings about the way we function psychologically. Seeing the illogic of these misunderstandings effortlessly uncovers more and more resilience. Insightfully recognising that Thought is the source of all our felt experience – both positive and negative, is what brings simplicity to the complexity of our daily lives.
This paradigmatic insight enables us to:
- Not feel victimised by circumstances or the past
- Get over things quickly
- Experience more compassion, gratitude, hope, forgiveness, humility, security and love
- Feel responsive not reactive to life
- Live with less thinking on our mind
- Living more aligned with our inner confidence and integrity
- What it is and what it isn’t.
- Looking at the common myths about resilience.
- Recognising the key factors that uncover our natural resilience and the misunderstandings that prove to be barriers to our natural resilience.
- Introducing the inside out paradigm of where our feelings come from.

“The warmth, honesty and humble feel of the teachers was so welcome and inspirational. These qualities gave a real sense that innate health is in us all and we are all living with life experiences and situations, our thinking and feeling. It felt that whilst my own insights are what guide me, this is just as natural a process for me (and has been without me realising, before my awareness if this understanding) as it is for the teachers. This is so hopeful and I am seeing concrete examples of this hope play out in my life. And – the homework was immensely valuable. The DVD & audio recordings of Sydney Banks and others helped bring greater clarity and make this understanding make sense. The hand outs are an excellent reminder of the illusion of imagined future scenarios, amongst other implications. It was impressive that such a full exploration of the 3 principles could be made in such a short space of time.”
“Very well presented – course presenters very empathetic and real human beings!!!! course was given by real people with real past or existing experiences it was very inspiring to see how it helped them in life.”
