This 6 week ‘Inside Out Resilience Program’ is taught by Brian Rubenstein together with special guest speakers. It can be accessed in person or online via zoom.

It offers a new way of understanding how resiliency is a completely natural part of life. It is innate and part of our psychological DNA. The only barriers to experiencing it are misunderstandings about the way we function psychologically. Seeing the illogic of these misunderstandings effortlessly uncovers more and more resilience. Insightfully recognising that Thought is the source of all our felt experience – both positive and negative, is what brings simplicity to the complexity of our daily lives.

This paradigmatic insight enables us to:

  • Not feel victimised by circumstances or the past
  • Get over things quickly
  • Experience more compassion, gratitude, hope, forgiveness, humility, security and love
  • Feel responsive not reactive to life
  • Live with less thinking on our mind
  • Living more aligned with our inner confidence and integrity

Week 1 

Defining resilience

  • What it is and what it isn’t.
  • Looking at the common myths about resilience.
  • Recognising the key factors that uncover our natural resilience and the misunderstandings that prove to be barriers to our natural resilience.
  • Introducing the inside out paradigm of where our feelings come from.

Week 2

Introducing The Principles behind our psychological  experience and the Inside out resilience paradigm which is the key to experiencing innate resilience.

Week 3

Seeing resilience in kids – keeping it simple with special guest speaker Simchi Rubenstein (14 years old)
Powerful Video documentary of a crime and drug infested community discovering its resiliency and health through this learning.

Week 4

Learning some powerful and practical implications of the resilience paradigm in smaller, interactive groups

Week 5

Special international guest speaker and psychologist Sandy Krott joins us via zoom to give her account of learning and sharing this paradigm over 30 years

Week 6

Wrap up and review of course with final video

Additional videos, audios and reading material will be given to review after each session as a vital part of the course. Past courses have shown that the most impact is gained when all resources are utilised.
