What is innate health?
Small children are both incredible and credible examples of the human capacity for resiliency and mental health. They are motivated and have an inbuilt common sense that guides them to learn the skills they need to survive and thrive.
This innate but often overlooked capacity for high mental and emotional functioning is built into our psychological DNA. We are powered by a creative intelligence that guides the mind via thought to navigate the human experience with perspective and common sense.
As we mature, our highly sophisticated, analytical minds can over-ride and obscure this innate ability, BUT it is always there underneath the noise, just as the sun is always behind the clouds, even in poor weather.
How can Innate Health help me?
Learning about the nature and workings of your mind will reacquaint you with the childlike ease and presence that is an unconditional part of your make-up, no matter what your background and circumstances.
You will come across a new paradigm of three simple, but fundamental Principles that provide an explanation of all of life. The more you learn, the more your thinking will unravel and you will feel lighter and clearer. This will reflect itself in all areas of your life.
Our online membership is easy to sign up to and provides users with a range of features and benefits accessible across multiple devices, at their leisure. The service has been designed for users of all levels: from beginners looking for a general introduction to Innate Health and the Three Principles, to students looking to advance their knowledge and understanding.
