In 2012, Julian Fraser (Programme Facilitator) had a huge Innate Health-based insight into food, weight and exercise that changed both his life and his appearance – effortlessly! In one year he lost eight stone (50 kilos) and ran several half marathons. Julian now teaches how this understanding and change is available to everyone.
