With Jacquie Moses and Debbie Fisher
It seems that deadlines are an inescapable part of our lives and that as soon as we finish with one, we find ourselves having to deal with yet another. If this is the case and our experience of deadlines is a stressful one, what can we do to navigate this part of our lives with greater ease and less suffering? In this talk we will be looking at some of the different kinds of deadlines we encounter whether they are imposed on us from the outside or self-imposed without us even noticing that’s where they came from in the first place. We will also be talking about the nature of stress and how the mind works, which when understood more clearly, allows us to have a far more calm and positive experience of deadlines than we could have ever imagined.
